By accessing or using the services provided by SEO Flux (the "Agency"), based in Delhi, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
SEO Flux provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Development, and Content Strategy. Each project will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines specific deliverables and timelines.
While we use industry-standard best practices, SEO Flux does not guarantee specific rankings on search engines (like Google). Search algorithms are proprietary and change frequently. Our goal is to improve your visibility and organic traffic based on data-driven strategies.
Clients agree to pay all fees specified in the signed SOW. Standard payment terms are 50% upfront for new projects, with the remainder due upon completion or as per the monthly retainer schedule. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (e.g., website code, written content). However, SEO Flux retains rights to any proprietary tools, internal processes, or templates used during the project execution.
Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement.
